By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving a one-time SMS receipt from Spotly after each payment. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You will not be enrolled in any ongoing SMS marketing program. To opt out, simply do not provide your phone number at checkout.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your session data (plate, lot, time, amount) for up to 90 days to support dispute resolution and enforcement. After 90 days, session records are deleted from our active database. Phone numbers are not retained after your receipt is delivered.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at yourspotly@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Spotly is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

By using Spotly ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a payment.
Spotly provides a digital parking payment platform that allows drivers to pay for parking at managed lots via QR code. Spotly acts as a payment intermediary between parkers and property owners. We do not own, lease, or operate any parking lots directly.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Spotly to charge the amount displayed for the selected parking session. Payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 3.
You are responsible for ensuring your license plate is entered correctly. Spotly is not liable for towing resulting from an incorrectly entered plate number.
Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at Spotly's discretion in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact yourspotly@gmail.com within 48 hours of the charge with your plate number and lot location.
Payment through Spotly does not guarantee a parking space. It authorizes your vehicle to remain parked in the designated lot for the duration of your session. Property owners retain the right to establish and enforce parking rules on their premises.
Vehicles parked without a valid Spotly session — or whose session has expired — may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Spotly is not responsible for towing costs, impound fees, or other expenses resulting from parking violations.
Your parking session begins at the time of payment and is valid for the duration selected. Sessions are tied to the license plate you enter. You are responsible for ensuring your session does not expire while your vehicle is parked. Spotly does not provide expiration reminders unless stated otherwise.

Spotly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from your reliance on the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotly's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the parking session in question. Spotly is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Towing decisions are made by property owners and their designated towing companies, not by Spotly. If you believe your vehicle was towed in error, contact the property owner or towing company directly. Spotly can provide proof of a valid session upon request to assist with disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Spotly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
